Instructions for Vendors

To ensure a smooth and successful trade show experience, please review and follow these important guidelines:

Badges Requirement

All vendors must wear their assigned badges at all times during the trade show and setup. Badges are mandatory for entry and identification and should remain visible.

No Product Samples Distribution

Product samples cannot be distributed to customers during the trade show. However, you are encouraged to offer branded merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, hats) as free giveaways to attendees.

Contact Information

Do not exchange personal contact information or distribute business cards to customers.

Inventory Control

Do not remove or pull any inventory from our shelves. Vendors must bring or ship booth products and materials in advance before the deadline.

Non-Solicitation Reminder

Remember that you are bound by our vendor non-solicitation agreement. No solicitation of business outside the agreed-upon arrangements is permitted.

Promotions

All promotions and discounts will be managed through our system. Please refrain from manually giving away products or altering promotions during or immediately before the trade show to maintain consistency and accurate tracking.

Sales Order Books

We will provide sales order books to record customer orders. Each order must include the Customer ID and Store Name. At the end of the show, please leave the completed books, including both the original and duplicate copies, for collection.
